The Managing Director oversees five separate divisions of the company: Survey and Design & Geo-Technical Division, Division, Technical Division, Marketing and Finance Division, Personnel and Administration Division, Inspection Division and Construction Supervision Teams. The projects assigned to LTEC becomes the responsibility of the Managing Director for all phases of the Project. The Managing Director will ensure that Client needs and expectations are met in a timely and cost effective manner including all coordination and information flows.
