This bridge is one of international links bridge cross over Mekong River, locates between Houaysai (Lao PDR) and Chiengkhong (Thailand) which is a part of National Road No.3 in the Northern Economic Corridor Project (Chieng Rai - Kunming Highway via Lao PDR). Funded by the Government of Kingdom of Thailand and the Government of PR China.
Consultancy services comprise of details topographic survey, geological investigation, hydrology study, traffic survey, and data collection on social affected by the construction of project.
