Construction supervision of National Road No. 9 Savannakhet Province (Phin distric to Laos/Vietnam border Funded by ADB) and included survey design for rehabilitation of road section of Savannakhet to Seno). 209 Km. LTEC has 18 staffs input, totally 494 person months for 6 years project period (Jun. 2000 to Jun. 2006), and associate with Kampsax (Denmark) .The Client is MPWT Department of Road, Lao PDR. Funded by Asian Development Bank.
